Amgen agrees to hand rocatinlimab development back to Kyowa Kirin
In January 2026 Amgen agreed with Kyowa Kirin to terminate their rocatinlimab collaboration, transferring global development and commercialization control to Kyowa Kirin. Amgen said the move follows a portfolio prioritization decision. The change removes a late-stage dermatology program from Amgen's pipeline and reduces its future milestone exposure under the 2021 agreement.
