Arista launches XPO multi-source agreement for 12.8 Tbps liquid-cooled optics

Arista announced a multi-source agreement (MSA) for XPO, a 64-channel pluggable optics module rated at 12.8 Tbps with an integrated cold plate. The design targets AI data-center density and was set to debut at OFC 2026. For traders it is an ecosystem move that could widen the optics supply base for AI fabrics, not a reported revenue item.
