Bloom's mid-2026 Data Center Power Report: 61% of developers plan to bring their own power
Bloom published its mid-2026 Data Center Power Report on June 15, 2026, based on a survey of 156 decision-makers taken in April 2026, about 79% of them US-based. Sixty-one percent of developers said they would bring their own power if the grid cannot serve them, and community concerns are increasingly shaping which projects move forward. The report is produced by Bloom, which sells onsite power, so its findings should be read with that in mind.
