Dell subsidiaries price $5.0 billion of senior notes due 2029 to 2037

Dell International and EMC Corporation priced $5.0 billion of senior notes on September 9, 2026, in four series. The package is $1.25 billion of 5.100% notes due 2029, $1.25 billion of 5.400% notes due 2031, $1.5 billion of 5.600% notes due 2033 and $1.0 billion of 5.900% notes due 2037. Settlement was scheduled for September 15, 2026.
