Pioneer tender offers accept about $1.19 billion of 2030 and 2031 notes

Accepted tenders totaled $570.4 million of the 2030 notes at $888.49 per $1,000 principal and $615.6 million of the 2031 notes at $885.66 per $1,000 principal. Settlement was expected on September 16, 2026, and all accepted notes will be cancelled. The buyback retires debt in the Pioneer structure rather than returning cash to shareholders.
