Stabroek block in Guyana passes 1 billion barrels of cumulative output

ExxonMobil said its partners have produced 1 billion barrels of oil from the Stabroek block, less than seven years after first production in December 2019. Installed capacity is now above 900,000 barrels per day, and the Uaru project is expected to start by the end of 2026. Whiptail is targeted for 2027 and Hammerhead for 2029.
