GE Aerospace and Wolfspeed sign MoU on high-voltage silicon carbide modules
GE Aerospace and Wolfspeed signed a memorandum of understanding to develop standards for high-voltage silicon carbide power modules. Wolfspeed will supply its 10 kV MOSFET die, and the companies will jointly set standard module formats for commercial launch. Target uses include solid-state transformers, industrial electrification and aerospace and defense platforms. This is an MoU, not a binding supply contract.
