GE Vernova Power segment CEO Mavi Zingoni steps down; Eric Gray takes the role

An 8-K filing shows Mavi Zingoni's exit as chief executive of the Power segment took effect January 21, 2026, under a mutual agreement, and she stays as an adviser until June 30, 2026. Eric Gray was named chief executive of the Power segment effective the same day and keeps his role as president and chief executive of Gas Power. Power includes the gas turbine business, which is the main driver of Power orders and backlog, so the change puts the same executive in charge of both.

  • Zingoni's resignation effective January 21, 2026; advisory role until June 30, 2026
  • Eric Gray named CEO of the Power segment effective January 21, 2026
  • Gray remains president and CEO of Gas Power
  • The filing gives no stated reason for the exit
