Gilead Q1 2026 beats: product sales ex-Veklury up 8%, product guidance raised, EPS guidance cut to a loss

Gilead's first-quarter revenue rose 4% to $6.96 billion, and product sales excluding Veklury grew 8% to $6.8 billion. The company raised 2026 product sales guidance to $30.0-30.4 billion, but cut EPS guidance to a loss because of acquired IPR&D charges and financing costs for Arcellx, Ouro and Tubulis. Cash and marketable debt securities fell to $8.6 billion at March 31.

  • Biktarvy $3.36 billion (+7%); Trodelvy $402 million (+37%); Livdelzi $133 million (from $40 million)
  • Yeztugo $166 million in its first quarter of sales
  • 2026 product sales guidance raised to $30.0-30.4 billion from $29.6-30.0 billion
  • 2026 non-GAAP EPS guidance cut to $(1.05)-$(0.65) from $8.45-$8.85, mainly from about $11.5 billion of acquired IPR&D charges
