IBM buys UK cybersecurity consultancy Logiq Consulting

IBM, through IBM UK and IBM Consulting, acquired Logiq Consulting, a UK cybersecurity firm that works with defence, critical national infrastructure and public-sector clients. The deal adds secure-by-design and managed security services to IBM's UK sovereign and digital transformation offering. Price and other terms were not disclosed.
