Frank Baker joins IBM board, which expands to 14 directors

IBM increased its board to 14 seats and elected Frank Baker, co-founder and managing partner of private equity firm Siris Capital Group, effective October 1, 2026. He joined the Directors and Corporate Governance Committee. Board changes of this kind are usually not market-moving.
