TECVAYLI plus TALVEY cuts progression or death risk 89% in Phase 3 MonumenTAL-6

Phase 3 MonumenTAL-6 met its primary endpoint in earlier-line relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The TECVAYLI plus TALVEY arm cut the risk of progression or death by 89% against standard care, and the TALVEY plus pomalidomide arm cut it by 73%. Both experimental arms also showed overall survival gains, and the independent committee recommended unblinding at the first interim analysis.
