ICOTYDE two-year ICONIC-TOTAL data show 70% clear or almost clear skin
J&J presented two-year Phase 3 ICONIC-TOTAL data for ICOTYDE at the EADV Congress 2026 as a late-breaking oral presentation. At week 112, 70% of patients had clear or almost clear skin (IGA 0/1), and the data covered hard-to-treat sites such as scalp, genital and hands or feet. The results support J&J's positioning of ICOTYDE as a first-line systemic option in plaque psoriasis.
- IGA 0/1 response of 70% at week 112 (about two years)
- Site-specific clearance at week 112: scalp 60%, genital 89%, hands or feet 63%
- Nail psoriasis improvement (mNAPSI) of 71% at week 112
