Lumentum fiscal Q3 revenue hits record $808.4M; Q4 guide $960M to $1.01B

Lumentum reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 revenue of $808.4 million, up 90.1% from $425.2 million a year earlier, with non-GAAP EPS of $2.37. Components were $533.3 million and Systems $275.1 million. For fiscal Q4 the company guided to revenue of $960 million to $1.01 billion, a 35% to 36% non-GAAP operating margin and non-GAAP EPS of $2.85 to $3.05. Management said its co-packaged optics and optical circuit switch businesses were beginning to drive growth.
