Lumentum fiscal Q4 revenue doubles to $1.01 billion; Q1 guide tops $1.2 billion

Lumentum reported fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 net revenue of $1.01 billion, up from $480.7 million a year earlier, with non-GAAP gross margin of 50.4%. Components revenue was $649.4 million and Systems revenue $356.9 million. The company guided fiscal Q1 2027 revenue to $1.225 billion to $1.275 billion and non-GAAP diluted EPS to $4.05 to $4.35, and said AI demand is pulling it toward its target model more than a quarter early.
