Moderna Q1 2026: revenue $389 million, GAAP loss $1.3 billion after $878 million settlement charge
Moderna reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of $389 million, up from $108 million a year earlier, with about 80% from international markets. The GAAP net loss widened to $1.34 billion, or $(3.40) per share, because of a non-recurring litigation charge in cost of sales. Excluding that charge, management kept up to 10% revenue growth for 2026 and lower operating expenses, and R&D and SG&A both fell sharply year on year.
