Nebius acquires Inferize to strengthen Token Factory inference stack

Nebius said on October 1, 2026 that it had acquired Inferize, a young inference-optimization company founded in January 2026. Its technology and team are being folded into Nebius Token Factory, where the aim is to cut cold starts and idle GPU time when models launch or demand shifts. Nebius did not disclose the price, and the company said the team had a working prototype within three months of founding.
