Qualcomm adds breach-of-contract claim against Arm

On March 30, 2026, Qualcomm added a claim for breach of its Architecture License Agreement with Arm to its pending complaint. The trial is still scheduled to begin on October 5, 2026. Arm's own suit against Qualcomm was already on appeal after a final judgment in September 2025.
