Rocket Lab sells 8.15M shares in Q2 ATM for $1.07B net

From April through June 2026 Rocket Lab sold 8,152,223 shares under its at-the-market programs for $1.07 billion net of costs. Across the first half, ATM sales produced $1.53 billion of gross proceeds. The raise came in the same months the company agreed to buy Iridium, so the added share count is central to how investors judge the deal's dilution.
