Kioxia and Sandisk extend Yokkaichi joint venture agreement through 2034

Kioxia and Sandisk jointly announced on January 29, 2026 that they extended the joint venture agreement for Kioxia's Yokkaichi plant in Japan through December 31, 2034. The plant is one of the Japanese fab sites that supply Sandisk's NAND wafers. A longer agreement gives Sandisk more certainty over wafer supply and capacity planning into the next decade.
