ServiceNow and Anthropic partner on AI apps; Claude becomes Build Agent default model

ServiceNow and Anthropic announced a partnership to help customers build AI-powered applications and apply governed AI in regulated industries. Claude is the default model behind ServiceNow Build Agent, and ServiceNow is rolling out Claude and Claude Code to more than 29,000 employees. ServiceNow is targeting a 50% cut in the time customers need to implement its products.
