SpaceX closes IPO with full overallotment, raising about $85.7 billion gross

SpaceX closed its initial public offering on June 15, 2026 after the underwriters exercised their option in full. Total Class A shares sold rose to 638,888,888, including 83,333,333 from the option. Gross proceeds to the company were about $85.7 billion.
