Visa launches Agentic Ready program, starting with banks in Europe and the UK

Visa launched Visa Agentic Ready, a program that builds on Visa Intelligent Commerce, starting in Europe including the UK. Phase one prepares issuing banks to test agent-initiated transactions with Visa and selected merchants in controlled production conditions. Early issuing partners named include Barclays, HSBC UK, Commerzbank, Santander and Revolut.
