AppLovin names Craig Billings independent chair; Gio Ge to become CTO and Corina Cacovean chief legal officer

AppLovin announced succession plans for several top roles. Craig Billings becomes independent Chairperson, while Adam Foroughi remains CEO and a board member. Giovanni Ge takes over as CTO from Basil Shikin on July 1, 2026, and Corina Cacovean becomes Chief Legal Officer when Victoria Valenzuela retires on August 1, 2026.
