Astera Labs launches Taurus 3.2T retimers and redrivers with a swappable footprint for 200G links

Astera Labs added the Taurus 3.2T family, 16-lane smart retimers and redrivers for 200G-per-lane Ethernet, UALink and ESUN links. The two parts share a footprint, so a board designer can choose between high-reach retimers and low-power redrivers late in the design cycle without redesigning the board. Both are managed through the COSMOS software suite.
