Hims & Hers completes Eucalyptus acquisition, adding Australia and more customers

Hims & Hers closed its acquisition of Eucalyptus under the terms of the February agreement. The deal extends Hims' leadership in Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan and the UK. Eucalyptus has served more than 850,000 customers, and its results drove the jump in Rest of World revenue in the second quarter.
