Oklo sets up $1 billion at-the-market share sale program
Oklo entered an equity distribution agreement for an at-the-market program that allows it to sell Class A common stock for up to $1 billion in gross proceeds. Ten investment banks are sales agents. The program gives the company a flexible source of funding for its build-out, but it also means new shares can be sold into the market over time.
- Up to $1,000,000,000 of gross proceeds from Class A common stock sales
- Sales agents include Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley
- Shares can be sold over time, which adds potential dilution for existing holders
