Oklo's board appointed five executive officers effective July 27, 2026: Alexandra Renner as Chief Product Officer, John Hanson as Chief of Staff, Vivek Narayanadas as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Erik Lassen as Senior Vice President of Engineering, and Michael Dixon as Vice President of Accounting and Principal Accounting Officer.
