Sandisk signs five multiyear 'New Business Model' supply deals covering over a third of fiscal 2027 bits

Sandisk said with its fiscal third-quarter results that it had signed three multiyear New Business Model (NBM) agreements by the end of the quarter and two more in its fiscal fourth quarter. The longest contracts run five years and combine fixed pricing with variable pricing that can rise with market prices, with volume commitments that increase over the contract life. Management said the five agreements cover more than one-third of expected fiscal 2027 bit volume, which gives traders a first measure of how much NAND output is now contracted ahead of time.

  • Five NBM agreements: three signed by quarter-end, two more in fiscal Q4
  • Contract terms up to five years, with fixed and variable pricing
  • Five agreements cover more than one-third of expected fiscal 2027 bit volume
  • Volume commitments rise over each contract's life and are backed by financial guarantees
