Shopify Capital launches in France for eligible merchants

On March 25, 2026 Shopify said Shopify Capital, its merchant lending product, is now available to eligible merchants in France. It is a further European expansion of the lending line, which adds credit exposure alongside its fee revenue. The company has not given lending volumes for the new market.
