UnitedHealth names Dennis Stankiewicz chief accounting officer; Tom Roos moves to Optum Insight

UnitedHealth named Dennis Stankiewicz its Chief Accounting Officer, effective March 2, 2026, while he keeps his role as corporate controller. Thomas Roos, chief accounting officer since August 2015, moves to become chief financial officer of Optum Insight on the same date. The compensation committee set Stankiewicz's base salary at $550,000 with a bonus target of 85% of salary.
