Vertiv completes ThermoKey acquisition to expand European heat-rejection capacity

Vertiv completed its acquisition of ThermoKey S.p.A., an Italian maker of heat-rejection and heat-exchange equipment such as dry coolers. The deal is meant to add thermal manufacturing capacity in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and to let Vertiv offer system-level thermal solutions for AI factories. No price was disclosed.
