Vertiv agrees to buy King Environmental Services for European fluid management

Vertiv agreed to acquire King Environmental Services Ltd., a Dublin-area provider of fluid management, commissioning and load-testing services for high-density, liquid-cooled data centers. The deal extends Vertiv's thermal services into Europe, the Middle East and Africa, building on its 2025 PurgeRite acquisition in North America. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
