KKR, NVIDIA, KIA and Vistra launch Helix Digital Infrastructure with over $10 billion of capital

KKR launched Helix Digital Infrastructure, a company built to finance and deliver AI data-center infrastructure for hyperscalers, with more than $10 billion of long-duration capital committed so far. Vistra is one of the founding anchor investors and Helix's preferred power provider. NVIDIA is a strategic partner and the Kuwait Investment Authority is an anchor investor.
