Intel and SambaNova plan multi-year Xeon-based AI inference collaboration

Intel and AI chip startup SambaNova announced a planned multi-year collaboration to sell Xeon-based AI inference systems. Intel positions it as a rack-level inference option alongside its GPU products. Intel Capital also took part in SambaNova's Series E round, but no deal value was disclosed.
