Robinhood names Shiv Verma chief financial officer; Jason Warnick moves to advisory role

Robinhood's board appointed Shiv Verma as CFO effective at the close of business on February 6, 2026. Verma had been senior vice president of finance and strategy and treasurer since 2018. Jason Warnick, who had led finance as CFO, moved to an advisory role and stays employed until September 1, 2026, a handoff first disclosed in November 2025.
