Hyper-NA EUV (research)
Early research only; no product, date or order book.
What it is
A possible successor to High-NA with a higher numerical aperture, aimed at chip features beyond the limits of High-NA in the 2030s. Costs and technical hurdles are large, and no tool has been committed to a customer.
Why it matters to the stock. It sets the long-term ceiling on ASML's lithography roadmap. Traders should treat it as a multi-year option, not a 2027 revenue driver.
