What it is
The core online marketplace across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and other Latin American markets. It combines third-party sellers, first-party inventory, cross-border listings and MercadoLibre's own logistics network.
Why it matters to the stock. Commerce is the larger of the two segments by FY2025 revenue. Buyer growth and GMV feed Mercado Pago's payment volume, so the marketplace drives the whole ecosystem.
