Reddit licenses its user-generated content to AI and data buyers. The company says these deals are still early, and two partners account for substantially all of the licensing contract value.
Why it matters to the stock. Licensing is high-margin revenue that can move with AI demand. Its size is small next to advertising, but it is the second revenue line investors watch.
