CFO Dan Durn to resign; Steven Day named interim CFO

Adobe said Chief Financial Officer Dan Durn will resign effective June 15, 2026. Steven Day, who joined Adobe in 2006 and is SVP of Corporate Finance and CFO of the Customer Experience Orchestration business, was appointed interim CFO and reports to CEO Shantanu Narayen. Marvell Technology said the same day that Durn will become its CFO effective June 15.
