Thomas Dittrich rejoins Amgen as executive vice president ahead of CFO handover

Amgen said in May 2026 that Thomas Dittrich would return to the company as an executive vice president on July 1, 2026, before becoming chief financial officer on September 1. He previously held senior finance roles at Amgen. The early start gives him about two months to work alongside CFO Peter Griffith before the handover.
