Bank of America said clients connected with their finances about 30 billion times in 2025, a 14% rise from the prior year. The release gave usage figures for its AI assistant Erica and its CashPro treasury platform, both of which are tied to fee and deposit income. Erica had 20.6 million users in the past year and nearly 700 million interactions.
