Circle Q4 2025 revenue rises 77% to $770 million; USDC ends year at $75.3 billion

Circle reported fourth-quarter 2025 total revenue and reserve income of $770 million, up 77% from a year earlier, and net income from continuing operations of $133 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $167 million. USDC in circulation reached $75.3 billion at year end, up 72%, and the company said Arc remained on track for a 2026 mainnet launch.
