Cisco chief accounting officer Victoria Wong retires; Nichlas Fink named successor

Cisco disclosed that Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer M. Victoria Wong will retire effective May 19, 2026, and stay as an executive advisor through July 25, 2026. The board named Nichlas A. Fink, Cisco's vice president and corporate controller since November 2022, to succeed her effective May 20, 2026. The change is a planned finance-team transition.
