Maria Elena Lagomasino will leave Coca-Cola's board after 18 years

Coca-Cola said director Maria Elena Lagomasino will not be renominated and will retire from the board after her term ends on April 29. She had served on the board since 2008 and as lead independent director from 2019 to 2024. Twelve directors will stand for election at the 2026 annual meeting.
