Semafor reported that Coca-Cola is again exploring a sale of Costa Coffee, which it bought for about $5.1 billion in 2018. The report cites people familiar with the matter, and says no price, buyer or timing has been set. Coca-Cola did not respond to a request for comment, and an earlier sales process was called off in early 2026.
