CoreWeave raises 2026 revenue outlook to $12.4B-$13.2B on earnings call

On the same call, CoreWeave raised its full-year 2026 revenue forecast to $12.4 billion to $13.2 billion, up from $12 billion to $13 billion given in May. It also lifted its 2026 capital spending plan to $35 billion to $39 billion from $31 billion to $35 billion, and set a year-end annualized revenue target of $18.5 billion to $19.5 billion. Higher capex against higher revenue keeps the debt question front and center.
