What it is

The core GPU cloud: Nvidia GPU clusters in CoreWeave's own data centers, sold as compute capacity with storage and managed Kubernetes. Customers include Microsoft, Meta, OpenAI and a growing list of AI labs and enterprises. Revenue is recognized as capacity is delivered, so the trader's question is how fast new capacity comes online and how fast it is contracted.

Why it matters to the stock. This is nearly all of the company's business. Revenue growth, margins and debt load all depend on how quickly it turns contracted power into billed capacity.
