What it is
Proprietary software that runs CoreWeave's GPU clusters: scheduling, observability and lifecycle management across the fleet. It is the operating layer that lets the company run many data centers with a common set of tools.
Why it matters to the stock. Operational software determines how fast new capacity can be brought online and how efficiently it runs, which feeds directly into margins.
