CoreWeave acquired OpenPipe in September 2025. The joint serverless offering lets customers train AI agents with reinforcement learning without managing the underlying GPU infrastructure.
Why it matters to the stock. It is a newer, higher-margin software layer on top of GPU capacity, and it targets customers who train agents rather than only renting compute.
